1. Assisting MCs/ JMCs on management issues that affect their performance.
  2. Advising on problems faced by the property.
  3. Propose for appropriate maintenance of the fire-fighting system and upgrading its facilities in line with current requirements.
  4. Ensuring proper usage of the common facilities particularly the open spaces.
  5. Advising on prevention of misuse of common open spaces.
  6. Assisting the MCs / JMCs on insurance policies and claims.
  7. Advising the residents on the requirements of a master insurance policy and the termination of their own personal policies purchased by financial institutions or by themselves.
  8. Providing annual budget and recommendations for financial management to prevent unnecessary increase in costs.
  9. Advising on staff costs.
