  2. We carry out a TRAINING PROGRAM for all our Building Executives as well as management clerks.
  3. The training program covers 11 modules and is specially prepared to cater to the interests of our clients.
  4. At the end of each program, whicht akes bout 3 months , a written test is carried out to gauge the knowledge acquired by teh Building Executives.
  5. During the training program, our Building Executives carry out their duties at the properties with the guidance of our senior executives.
  6. Even those supposedly experiecne building executives undergo frequent checking by our senior executives both from the management and credit control departments.
